Who we are

Andrew Hollister

President & CEO

With over 11  years of experience in the industry, Andrew brings a wide variety of skills to the table. Server deployments, network infrastructure development, software design, and project management are just a few to mention. These skills have been developed in production enterprise I.T. environments. He has spent much of his time since 2007 doing HIPAA law research and training specifically in the area of Medical I.T. security and has logged over 1000 hours in the subject. Andrew has taken the company and helped the company grow 200% each year since 2007.


Jill O'neill

Administrative Support

Jill has many years of experience in an office support roll, wearing many hats at times. She earned an associate degree from Alfred State in Human Services, as well as an associate degree from Arizona State in Animal Vet Tech Science. She also worked at Kodak in the 90’s and Unity Hospital in the Dialysis department. Currently, she provides customer service and billing assistance while learning about the IT world and helping the company grow. Making a personal connection with each client is very important to her. In her free time Jill enjoys boating, concerts, and attending her three teenage boys’ sporting events.


Ledwing Hernandez

Web Developer

Ledwing is an area native and graduate of St. John Fisher College’s journalism degree program. In addition, he is a recent graduate of the Udacity Front-End Web Development certification course. A former Acer/Gateway support technician, he used his experiences to help change careers over to Web development and has branched out independently to experimental web technologies such as WebVR. Ledwing is also a musician, car fan, and all-around nice guy.


Gabriel Schickling

Computer and Network Technician

Gabriel lives in Geneseo but grew up in the Rochester area. Currently pursuing his degree in Computer Systems and Network Technology. He has many tech certifications including Comptia Network + and Security +. He previously worked as an AT&T U-verse Technical Support Agent. There, he was known for his unique ability to explain technical terminology in a way that was easy to understand for the customer. He is especially interested in network security and new emerging technologies. In his free time Gabriel loves to cook and roast coffee.


Chris McCormick

Computer and Network Technician

Chris is originally from Las Vegas. He attended Alfred State College and received a Bachelors of Technology in Information Security and Assurance. His previous work experiences include working at the tallest structure west of the Mississippi, managing a building full of college students, and Alfred State’s critically acclaimed computer helpdesk.  When not working Chris can be found reading way too much, saving or destroying worlds, and fighting off the intergalactic federation of planets.


Casey Arnold

Jr. Web Developer

Casey lives in the South Wedge in Rochester but grew up in Geneva. He is currently wrapping up his B.S. in Computer Science (with a minor in French language and culture) at SUNY at Brockport. He has a wide array of experience working with a diverse array of web technologies, including: PHP, Python and Ruby. When not working or studying up on the latest web trends, Casey enjoys cooking vegan food, checking out new restaurants, attending concerts, speaking French, and travelling around Europe and South Africa.
